Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start to splutter, add curry leaves and chopped onions.
  • STEP 3.Saute the onions until they turn translucent. Add the diced sweet potatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 4.Mix well and cook covered on medium heat until the sweet potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
