  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add the mutton pieces to the marinade and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pressure cooker or large pot over medium heat. Add onions and cook until golden brown.
