  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, bell peppers, carrots, and coriander leaves to the batter and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan. Take a small portion of the vegetable batter and drop it into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove the fried bhajis from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 5.Take a cone-shaped bread and fill it with the fried bhajis.
