STEP 1.Soak urad dal in water for 5-6 hours and keep it.
STEP 2.Put the urad dal in a mixer and grind it finely. Mix saffron color in the lentil paste. Beat the lentils until they become soft.
STEP 3.Prepare Imarti Batter by pouring it in a bottle
STEP 4.Prepare a string syrup by adding sugar and water in a pan on medium heat.
STEP 5.Put ghee in a pan and heat it. Fry the Imarti on medium flame till it turns crispy, light golden.
STEP 6.Put the Imarti in the syrup, mix the cardamom powder and leave it for 8-10 minutes. Tasty Imarti is ready. Serve hot garnished with Imarti Almonds
