  • 1/2-1 tablespoon ghee / oil
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 1 green cardamoms
  • 2-2.50 Cloves
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • As required Garnishing
  • 1 tablespoon fried onions
  • 1 slit green chilies
  • 1/2 teaspoon kewra water
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee
