  • 1/2 cup Boiling water -
  • 0.13 cup Grated coconut -
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt -
  • 0.06 cup Jaggery powder -
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin crushed -
  • 1 nos Cardamom crushed - nos
  • As required Banana leaf

  • STEP 1.Add salt into the rice flour
  • STEP 2.Add boiling water and mix like roti dough and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Mix grated coconut, crushed cumin and cardamom in a plate.
  • STEP 4.Take small sheets of banana leaf and spread the dough.
  • STEP 5.Fill with coconut mix and fold the leaf.
  • STEP 6.Steam the prepared ada in a steamer for 15-20 minutes and serve hot with tea.
