1/4 cup Rice Flour -
1/2 cup Boiling water -
0.13 cup Grated coconut -
0.13 teaspoon Salt -
0.06 cup Jaggery powder -
1/4 teaspoon Cumin crushed -
1 nos Cardamom crushed - nos
As required Banana leaf

STEP 1.Add salt into the rice flour
STEP 2.Add boiling water and mix like roti dough and keep aside.
STEP 3.Mix grated coconut, crushed cumin and cardamom in a plate.
STEP 4.Take small sheets of banana leaf and spread the dough.
STEP 5.Fill with coconut mix and fold the leaf.
STEP 6.Steam the prepared ada in a steamer for 15-20 minutes and serve hot with tea.
