  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon sambar` masala
  • 0.13 teaspoon hing/asafoetida
  • 1/4 chopped ripe tomato
  • 0.13 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 sprig curry leaves
  • 0.13 teaspoon jeera/cumin seeds
  • 1/2-3/4 dry red chillies
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander/dhaniya powder
  • As required Salt
  • 1/2-3/4 tablespoon ghee/oil
  • As required For the peanut chutney
  • 0.13 cup roasted peanuts
  • 0.13 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 small onion
  • 0.06 teaspoon Peppercorns
  • 0.06 teaspoon jeera/cumin
  • 1/4 small red chilli
  • 0.13 teaspoon mustard seeds
