  • 2 fried idli
  • 1/5 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.40 potato mashed
  • 1/5 onion fined chopped and slices for assembling
  • 1/20 cup poha soaked and drained
  • As required bread crums
  • 1/10 cup peas boiled
  • As required spices: salt,peper,amchur powder,oregano,tumeric
  • 0.40 tablespoon maida
  • 1/5 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1/10 tablespoon makkai aata
  • 1/5 tablespoon Oil
  • As required cheese slice
  • As required peri peri and some sour sauce as needed
