Ingredients for Hyderabadi Mirchi Salan Recipe

  • 5 Mirchi Chilli
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 30 gram Groundnuts
  • 2 tablespoon White Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Grated coconut
  • 2 Green chilli
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 5 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Chilli Powder
  • 1.50 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garam Masala
  • 1.50 glass Water
  • 1 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Hyderabadi Mirchi Salan Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Make a big cut on the middle of each mirchi chilli.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Partially make a cross on the tomatoes from above.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Sliced onions.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Roast groundnuts,white sesame seeds,grated coconut for 2 mins on low flame.

  • STEP 5.Add & heat 2 tbsp oil.

step 6

  • STEP 6.Add sliced onions,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 mins.

  • STEP 7.Now grind and make a paste of roasted ingredients and fried onions,green chillies and ginger garlic paste.

  • STEP 8.Add some water.

  • STEP 9.1.add 1 tbsp oil and fry mirchi chilli for 3-4 mins on medium flame.

  • STEP 10.2.once again add 2 tbsp oil and heat it separately.

  • STEP 11.3.add 1 tbsp mustard seeds,1 tbsp cumin seeds,grinded paste and cook for 2 mins.

  • STEP 12.4.then add 1 tsp turmeric,1 tbsp chilli and 1 ½ coriander powder.

  • STEP 13.5.cook for a min until oil seems separated and floating.

step 16

  • STEP 14.6.now add 1 ½ glass water,1 tbsp salt and cook it on medium flame for 3 mins.

  • STEP 15.7.then add fried mirchi,sliced tomato and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.

  • STEP 16.8.add ½ tbsp garam masala and cook for a minute.
