Millet, not very favorite among kids do provide calcium and vitamin d with copper, manganese, phosphorus and magnesium. Here i have made bonda using hulled millet with spinach and stuffed it with hung curd.

1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
1/4 teaspoon Zeera powder
1 teaspoon Grated carrot
