  • 0.13 cup Ragi Flour
  • 0.13 cup Jowar Flour
  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Chilies, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated
  • 1/2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves, Chopped

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine hung curd, ragi flour, jowar flour, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai. Once the oil is hot, drop spoonfuls of the batter into the oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 3.Remove the pakoras from the oil and drain on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil. Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
