STEP 1.In a bowl add carrots, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
STEP 2.Add hung curd and mix. Mix everything well.
STEP 3.Take a bread slice. Spread a spoonful of mixture on the slice.
STEP 4.Cover it with another slice. Spread butter on both sides.
STEP 5.Grill it in the grill toaster. Grill till brown and crisp. Hung curd sandwich is ready.
STEP 6.Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
