Ingredients for Hung curd grilled sandwich Recipe

  • 2 Pieces slices brown bread
  • 1/2 Cup hung curd
  • 1 Pieces carrots grated
  • 1/2 Pieces onion chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces tomato chopped
  • 1/2 Pieces capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 Cup coriander leaves chopped
  • To Taste salt
  • 1/4 Tsp red chilli powder
  • As Required Melted butter

Directions: Hung Curd Grilled Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add carrots, onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, salt and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  • STEP 2.Add hung curd and mix. Mix everything well.
  • STEP 3.Take a bread slice. Spread a spoonful of mixture on the slice.
  • STEP 4.Cover it with another slice. Spread butter on both sides.
  • STEP 5.Grill it in the grill toaster. Grill till brown and crisp. Hung curd sandwich is ready.
  • STEP 6.Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
