Temaki Sushi Recipe

Many of us love sushi but perhaps shy away from making it at home because it seems difficult. In truth, its all a matter of technique, so id like to share with you my temaki sushi recipe. These are the same as sushi rolls but are cone-shaped and super easy to make at home. You wont need any special tools, not even the bamboo rolling mat required to make sushi rolls. The ingredients can vary depending on your taste. You can replace salmon for cooked shrimp, add cream cheese, select other vegetables and use seaweed or quinoa, which has become a very popular ingredient as of late. The key ingredient here is sticky rice, which needs to be well seasoned with the salty-sweet mixture of rice vinegar.

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 ounce Salmon, sliced
