  • 0.13 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.13 Onion peeled and finely diced
  • 1/4 Cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 0.13 Carrot peeled and finely diced
  • 0.38 Chestnut mushrooms finely diced
  • 62.50 gram Minced beef 12 20% fat, don't go for the really lean stuff, it's too dry
  • 0.38 tablespoon Tomato puree
  • 0.13 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.06 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 0.13 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.13 Beef stock cube crumbled
  • 100 gram Tinned chopped tomatoes
  • 0.06 tablespoon Light brown sugar
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter salted or unsalted is fine
  • 1/2 tablespoon Plain/all purpose flour
  • 90 milliliter Full fat milk
  • 0.13 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 12.50 gram Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1.50 Sheets of dried lasagne the kind you dont need to pre cook
  • 21.88 gram Mixed grated cheese. i use a combination of regular cheddar, red cheddar and mozzarella
  • 0.13 tablespoon Finely chopped fresh parsley
