It's spicy tangy meat curry which can me made with any meat, I used pork this can be made in advance as after cooking you need to let it rest for a minimum of 8 hrs for the flavor to blend perfectly with the meat.

1/4 pound Pork, cut into bite size pieces

1/4 cup Red wine

1/4 inch Cinnamon stick
As required For the vindaloo paste
1.50-2 Kashmir chilies
1/4 inch Ginger, grated
1.50 Garlic cloves, finely grated
1/2 tablespoon Cumin seeds
1.50-2 Whole peppers
1/4 teaspoon Cardamom seeds
1/2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
1/4 Juice oflemon
