Ingredients for Hot n spicy Tomato soup Recipe

  • 0.80 Pieces Toamto
  • 1/10 g Beetroot
  • 1/5 g Carrot
  • 1/5 g Onion
  • 0.80 g arlic slice
  • 0.40 g reen chili
  • 0.60 To Taste Cloves
  • 1/5 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/5 Tbsp Spoon cumin seeds
  • 0.80 Tsp t spoon black paper powder
  • 0.40 inch Pinch black salt
  • 1/5 g Spoon sugar
  • To Taste Salt to test
  • 0.60 Tbsp spoon amul butter
  • 1/5 g 1+1/2 g
  • 0.40 Tbsp Lemon
  • 1/5 Tbsp Spoon cornflour

Directions: Hot N Spicy Tomato Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat butter in a cooker, add cloves, cinnamon and cumin, then add onion, garlic and fry the onions, then add tomatoes, carrots, beetroot and ginger to it
  • STEP 2.After that put salt, sugar cornflour in it, now add water and cover it and apply 2 whistles. After the cooker cools down, grind the soup
  • STEP 3.Then strain the soup through a sieve. Keep the soup on low flame and keep stirring. Add black salt, black pepper powder and mix it. After a good boil, switch off the gas. Put the soup in a bowl and mix some lemon juice in it. Now serve garnished with cream
  • STEP 4.Hot and spicy tomato soup is ready.
