Hot Fruity Paneer Sandesh is a very unique with very less sugar dessert made from fresh paneer and fresh fruits… it is a hot sandesh as i have baked it and given the flavour of whole spices. do try this amazing recipe.

STEP 1.Take one saucepan add butter melt it and add orange juice and whole spices. Add apple slices once the juice starts to boil. Simmer it on low flame till reduces to half. Now remove all whole spices and add chopped strawberries and cook for two mins. Turn off the flame.
STEP 2.Now take paneer in one bowl add sugar and cream, mix it well and make a smooth dough. Flatten this on the baking sheet according to size to of baking bowl. Now add cooked fruits into your baking bowl and fit this cottage cheese layer over the cooked fruits. Make a layer of thinly sliced strawberries over it and bake it for 20 mins on 200c in a preheated oven.
STEP 3.When it’s done the edges of the dish become brown. Take this out and flip it on a plate. Paneer fruity delight is sweet and tangy innovative dessert which is ready to serve hot. cut into pieces and serve immediately.
