Ingredients for Honey-Wheat Sunflower Bread Recipe

1.38 cup 3 1/4 all purpose or bread flour
1 Packages active dry yeast
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Old fashioned oats
0.17 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
0.13 cup Butter, melted and cooled
0.13 cup Honey
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Unsalted sunflower kernels
