STEP 1.Add soy sauce, dark soy sauce, maltose to the ground ingredients and mix well.

STEP 1.If the maltose is too thick then either microwave/oven it along with dilute water.

STEP 1.Marinate the chicken with the mixture and keep it at least for 30 minutes.

STEP 1.Place the chicken wings in pre heat oven at 100 degree celsius for 15 mins.

STEP 1.Remove the chicken wings after 15 mins and then add the marinade and then put it back for grilling for 15-20 mins.

STEP 1.Garnish with sesame seeds & fresh scallions and serve with spicy sambal or sweet Thai chilli sauce.
