STEP 1.Boil water with salt, put potatoes in boiling water, boil till half done.

STEP 4.Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
STEP 5.Transfer onto a plate.
STEP 6.Heat oil in a wok.Put garlic chopped and green chillies chopped.saute for half a minute, add Schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, salt add fried potatoes, toss for a minute on high flame.
STEP 7.Transfer onto s serving platter.Garnish with some toasted sesame seeds on it
