#cvf Though avocado is not my favorite but I know it's really healthy especially for kids... This smoothie is the only way I can eat avocados... In this recipe I have used honey instead of sugar... Honey makes it more healthier as well as tastier ... It's really easy to make... Don't forget to use ripped avocado which has black cover but not very soft... Don't go for over ripe or less ripe...

Ingredients for Honey Avocado smoothie... Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Avocado midium size
  • 3/4 Cups Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Pieces Ice cubes

Directions: Honey Avocado Smoothie... Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cut both avocado and remove seeds... Remove outer cover and cut into pieces...
  • STEP 2.In a mixer grinder jar add piece of avocados, milk, icecube and honey... If you want to use sugar instead of honey use 2 tablespoons of it... I will not suggest to go for jaggery as it contains milk...
  • STEP 3.Grind smooth... And serv fresh... Your smooth, thick and super tasty Honey avocado smoothie is ready...
