  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • flakes Crushed red pepper to taste
  • 0.13 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 0.38 cup Water, or more depending on desired consistency
  • 0.13 cup Flour, gluten free or regular
  • 1 tablespoon Juice from a can of green chilies, optional, i like to put green chilies in my enchiladas so i had some on hand
