  • 125 gram Salmon Fillet
  • 2 tablespoon Hoisin Sauce
  • 150 gram Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 140 gram Egg Noodles
  • 200 piece Broccoli cut into bite size gm
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns coarsely ground
  • 2 tablespoon Dark soy sauce for serving

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 preheat the oven to 220 degrees c.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 line a shallow ovenproof dish with kitchen foil and place 4 * 125 gm salmon fillets with skin in the tray, skin side down.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 brush each fillet of fish generously with 2 tbsp hoisin sauce.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 scatter 150 grams of cherry tomatoes cut in halves, around the fish.

  • STEP 5.5 place the tray in the oven and cook for 15 minutes till fish is cooked.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 while the fish is in the oven, fill a saucepan half full with water and bring it to a boil.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 add 140 gm egg noodles and cook for 1 minute. Stir to separate the noodles.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 then add 200 gm broccoli cut into bite size pieces and boil for another 3 minutes.stir occasionally.

step 9

  • STEP 9.9 remove and drain the noodles and broccoli.

step 10

  • STEP 10.10 arrange in a serving dish and drizzle 2 tbsp of dark soy sauce.

  • STEP 11.11 top with baked salmon fillet.

step 12

  • STEP 12.12 serve hot.
