  • 1000 gram Clam
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Thai Chilli Paste
  • 1.50 Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic

  • STEP 1.Wash the clams and finely chop the garlic. Fry garlic and chili, with oil in a very cooking pan. Add chili paste, sugar, fish sauce, oyster sauce, and well mixed. Also, add clam and fry till poached, then add three tbsp of water
