Ingredients for Hing paneer masala Recipe

  • 20 gm Paneer cubes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/10 tsp Hing or asafoetida
  • 1/20 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/5 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/5 tsp Cummin seeds
  • 1/10 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/5 tsp Dry fenugreek powder
  • 0.15 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/5 As Required Finely chopped onions
  • 0.40 g finely chopped green chillies
  • 1.60 g Cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 0.40 Pieces tomatoes & onions puree
  • 0.80 tsp 4-5 tsp
  • As Required Some coriander leaves

Directions: Hing Paneer Masala Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌿 First take a pen heat the oil then add cummin seeds let the cummin seeds cracker
  • STEP 2.🌿Now add garlic and soute it till it turns golden brown
  • STEP 3.🌿 Now add hing or asofodia chopped onions and green chillies and soute well
  • STEP 4.🌿Now add paneer cubes and soute for 2-3 minutes then add tomato & onions puree
  • STEP 5.🌿After that add coriander powder turmeric powder salt garam masala kashmiri red chilli powder & chilli powder now cook untill veggies removes the oil
  • STEP 6.🌿Now add fengureek powder and mix well
  • STEP 7.🌿 Now add1 cup water and cook for 7-8 minutes
  • STEP 8.🌿And finely add coriander leaves
  • STEP 9.🌿Now serve with naan chpati or rice as u like I can serve with garlic naan and masala chas
