Grilled rajma masala sandwich is a fusion sandwich that is made for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is wholesome and healthy all the way. This sandwich is filled with delicately herbed rajma and corn and tossed along with cheese to make it delicious. All you need is cooked rajma inhand in the kitchen and making this rajma corn sandwich will be breeze.

Ingredients for High Protien Grilled Rajma And Corn Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 Garlic chopped clove
  • 1 No.s Onionsfinely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sweet corn steamed
  • 2 teaspoon Mixed herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup Steamed sweet corn
  • As required Salt

Directions: High Protien Grilled Rajma And Corn Sandwich Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Place ½ cup cooked rajma in the turbo chop blender and pulse to a coarse texture.

step 2

  • STEP 1.In a preheated pan add oil, 1 clove chopped garlic ( optional), 1 onions finely chopped and saute till onions are soft and golden brown.

step 3

  • STEP 1.To this add the blended rajma, ¼ cup steamed sweet corn, 1 tsp mixed herbs, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp red chilli powder(optional), salt to taste. Mix till well combined. Turn off the heat and keep aside.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Spoon the rajma mixture onto a slice of bread generously and top with grated cheese. Place the top slice of the sandwich on this and gently press it down.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Smear a little butter on top of the sandwich and place it in the sandwich grill. Grill till golden and crisp. Place the sandwich on plate cut in half and serve.
