Ingredients for Herbed Paneer With Mexican Salsa Recipe
1/2 Litre Ltr milk
1/2 tbsp Vinegar
As Required Fresh parsley
As Required Fresh basil leaves
As Required Salt
1/4 cup Bell peppers
0.38 cup zucchini chopped fine
As Required Salt
1/2 tsp Mixed herbs
1/2 tbsp Mexican salsa sauce
1/2 tsp Olive oil
Directions: Herbed Paneer With Mexican Salsa Recipe
STEP 1.In big vessel take milk, then as soon it start to boil then add vinegar,milk will start to curdle then take it in muslin cloth wash in running water so that the sourness removes from it and squeeze it properly to remove access water from it. take in it plate add all the remaining ingredients mixed herbs, salt, fresh parsley, basil leaves and salt, mix well everything properly, give proper shape to it.
STEP 2.In a pan add olive oil , add garlic cloves saute the raw aroma garlic goes away , now add the bell peppers and zucchini saute if for few minutes by adding little salt,
STEP 3.now add mixed herbs and Mexican salsa sauce.
STEP 4.you can also add fresh parsley to it.
STEP 5.Serve it by adding the topping on herb paneer.
Garnish it with Nachos
