  • 1/5 Small zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced
  • 1/10 inch Large carrot, cut into 1 julienne strips
  • 0.30 can Reduced sodium beef broth
  • 1/10 Jar garden style pasta sauce or meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1/10 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/10 can Great northern beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/10 can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/10 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1/10 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/10 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
  • 1/10 cup Uncooked small shell pasta
