Ingredients for Hearty Turkey Vegetable Soup Recipe
1/10 pound Lean Ground Turkey
1/10 Medium Onion, Chopped
1/5 Small zucchini, quartered lengthwise and sliced
1/10 inch Large carrot, cut into 1 julienne strips
0.30 can Reduced sodium beef broth
1/10 Jar garden style pasta sauce or meatless spaghetti sauce
1/10 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/10 can Great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1/10 can Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
1/10 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
1/5 teaspoon Dried oregano
1/10 teaspoon Pepper
1/10 teaspoon Hot pepper sauce
1/10 cup Uncooked small shell pasta
