3/4 cup urad adal and methi dana soak in water. Water should be cam above the grains.

2 nos Grind together and allow to ferment for hours.
As required Shred one boiled de skinned beet root.

STEP 1.In the morning add one boiled de skiined shreded beet to the batter
STEP 2.add little salt
STEP 3.mix well
STEP 4.Put water in the steamer. Andd switch the gas on
STEP 5.When water is steaming grease themould with oil
STEP 6.Fill the moulds with batter and steam for 15 min
STEP 7.Remove , cool and demould and serve hot.
