  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Paneer
  • 1 cup Idli Batter
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • as required Oil For Greasing

  • STEP 1.In a blender, blend spinach leaves with little water to make a smooth puree.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach puree, crumbled paneer, and idli batter. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add salt and mix again. If the batter is too thick, add a little water to adjust the consistency.
  • STEP 4.Grease the idli plates with oil and pour the batter into each cavity.
  • STEP 5.Steam the idlis in a steamer for about 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  • STEP 6.Once done, remove the idlis from the steamer and let them cool for a few minutes.
  • STEP 7.Serve the palak paneer idlis hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
