Ingredients for Healthy Salad Recipe

  • 1 Cup Diced carrots
  • As required Chopped green olives
  • As required Walnuts chopped
  • As required Sliced almonds
  • A Bunch Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp Thousand island dressing
  • As required Salt
  • As required Pepper
  • 1 Cup Sliced cucumbers
  • 1 Cup Romaine or lettuce shredded
  • As required Ground flax seeds

Directions: Healthy Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop all the veggies and add it to a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add some salt, pepper and the dressing.
  • STEP 3.Add flax seeds powder and dry fruits I.e walnuts and almonds.
  • STEP 4.Toss it and it’s ready to eat.
