Ingredients for Healthy Oats Flaxseed Veggie Dosa Recipe

  • As required Ingredients
  • 1 cup Oats -
  • 1/4 cup Rava/Semolina -
  • 0-1/4 cup Roasted flaxseed powder
  • 1/4 cup Rice Flour -
  • 0-1/2 cup Curd
  • 0-1/4 cup Chopped broccoli 🥦
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • As required chopped orange
  • As required Yellow
  • As required Green
  • 1 cup red capsicum /
  • 1/4 cup grated beetroot
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • As required Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 nos green chilies - chopped
  • As required boiled potato
  • As required green peas
  • 0-1/2 cup Sweet corn
  • 3/4 cup Water - or
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice -
  • As required Baking soda - a pinch
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee-
  • As required salt - to taste

Directions: Healthy Oats Flaxseed Veggie Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Firstly soaked semolina , rice flour, roasted flaxseed powder in curd ,then add oat, all the ingredients including salt and spices except veggies in a bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes. make thick Dosa like batter .

  • STEP 2.2. Mix all finely chopped vegetables and boiled potato and salt keep it side.

  • STEP 3.3. Apply 1/2 spoon Ghee on non-stick dosa pan and pour the batter on the pan spread it evenly spread mix vegetables, and cover it for 1 to 2 minutes in low flame , Sprinkle some ghee at the edges.

  • STEP 4.5. Place some chopped veggies as toppings When done transfer to the serving plate.

  • STEP 5.6. Carefully roll the dosa, and cut it using knife.
