I prepared this with masala oat , semolina, dal flaxseed (Alshi ) powder ,boiled sweet potato, and lots of healthy veggies like Red,yellow ,orange,green capsicum , broccoli, sweet corn ,green peas ,violet cabbage,tomatoes ,beetroot and spinach etc. It’s a great source of vitamins,minerals,fiber and antioxidants.served topped with lots of veggies and I liked with green and red tamarind chutney .#GLAN
