Ingredients for Healthy Makhana Oats tonic Bar Recipe

  • 1/20 cup cup roasted oats
  • 1/20 cup Cup roasted and crushed Makhana
  • 1/5 tbsp tbsp raisins
  • 1/5 tbsp tbsp black Currant
  • 1/10 cup cup roasted & chopped mix dry fruits
  • 20 gm gm . Black dates smashed
  • 1/5 g tsp ghee

Directions: Healthy Makhana Oats Tonic Bar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast Oats,Makhana & dryfruits on slow flame & keep ready
  • STEP 2.Deseed all the dates and smash Very well. Heat a pan add ghee & smashed dates cooking medium flame till date becomes very soft add Oats, makhana,raisins, black Currant and roasted dry fruits (Almonds, cashews, walnuts and pista) mix well by pressing with spatula.
  • STEP 3.When mix well turn off flame. Transfer in a rectangular plate press with spatula and cool it completely cut with knife.
  • STEP 4.Serve Healthy tonic bar in a plate.
