Lemon chicken made with citrus juices, sugarcane juice and some basic Indian spices. This delicious dish is prepared from marinating chicken and then sauteing it in spices.
STEP 1.Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, minced ginger, garlic, turmeric and coriander powder.
STEP 2.Saute and mix.
STEP 3.Add some water and cook it for a few seconds.
STEP 4.Now add marinated chicken and stir cook it for 5 minutes.
STEP 5.Add a dash of water and stir it till the chicken becomes tender.
STEP 6.Garnish with some coriander leaves and your healthy lemon chicken is ready to be served.

STEP 1.Keep on stirring the chicken so that it won’t burn.
STEP 2.Make sure that you marinate chicken at a lower temperature for a while so that all the spices get infused into the chicken.
