A healthy sandwich loaded with cooling ingredients like cucumber, onion, tomato and curd keeping chicken as the base ingredient.
STEP 2.Chop boiled egg, take shredded chicken in a mixture bowl and add salt+ pepper powder.
STEP 3.Add chopped egg + veggies + curd to the bowl and give a good mix.
STEP 4.Take bread slices, apply a thick layer of prepared mixture, cover with other bread slice and press gently.
STEP 5.Refrigerate for 5 minutes, cut diagonally and sandwich is ready.
