  • 1/2 teaspoon Sukrin gold sweetener or sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Mild chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon or small cinnamon stick
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.03 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic paste, or 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger paste, or use fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 30 milliliter 1 chicken stock cube chicken stock for hob method
  • 100 gram Tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 Carrots, cubed
  • 1/4 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 Green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 Yellow bell pepper, diced
  • As required Salt and pepper to season
  • 3/4 tablespoon Coriander, finely chopped to garnish
  • pinch Pinch dried chilli flakes optional
