One of my very favorite is this one-pot warm healthy and delicious chicken soup. Use chicken with bones to make this hearty delicious soup any time of the year. I make this soup mostly during ramadan, but ideal for winter season.
Ingredients for Healthy chicken & barley soup Recipe
1/4 piece chicken with bone bite size cup
1/4 cup chicken stock
0.13 cup barley soak and boiled
0.06 cup Green Peas
1/4 onions medium chopped
1/4 tomatoes medium chopped
1/4 carrots small cubed
1/2 Green chilies
1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1/2 tablespoon Mint leaves
1/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
0.13 teaspoon Black pepper powder
0.06 teaspoon turmeric powder
