One of my very favorite is this one-pot warm healthy and delicious chicken soup. Use chicken with bones to make this hearty delicious soup any time of the year. I make this soup mostly during ramadan, but ideal for winter season.

  • 0.13 cup barley soak and boiled
  • 0.06 cup Green Peas
  • 1/4 onions medium chopped
  • 1/4 tomatoes medium chopped
  • 1/4 carrots small cubed
  • 1/2 Green chilies
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mint leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon turmeric powder
