Ingredients choosing stage
STEP 1.First of all select you want to take hazelnuts or almonds or peanut you can take any of them according to your preference or you can take thrice of them
Roasting stage
STEP 1.After selecting your favourite ingredient from almond hazelnuts and peanuts, take them and roast it for 2-5 minutes in medium to low flame till they get light reddish brown in colour, they will become crunchy and will smell good you can taste it and roast accordingly. But keep a check don't over roast them. After that cool them
Grinding stage
STEP 1.Now take your roasted nuts into a mixi jar (only grind when nuts get cool), now grind nuts into fine powder, after that add half amount of powder sugar and half or 1/4th amount of cocoa poder, add all of them and mix them in grinder
STEP 2.Continue mixing will result powder to paste form conversion, keep continue mixing process you can add 1-2 table spoon of ghee to make them more smooth and honey according to your health concern and taste
STEP 3.After continue mixing this mixture till 5 minutes you will get smooth creamy nutella.
Precautions
STEP 1.Before to grind nuts in mixing jar , nuts should be cool not hot
STEP 2.Due to continue grinding mixi get hot so if it hot too much then take a break of some seconds to some minutes according the condition of your mixi machine. Don't over heat it
Ready to eat
STEP 1.Now nutella is ready you can store it anywhere for longer 15-30 days without freeze. It is healthy anytime to eat sweet dish.. You can add sweeter taste according to your preference you can switch between honey and sugar.. You can add either peanuts hazelnut almonds account to your preferences and comfort
