Haydari Recipe

Recipe By Better Butter

Turkish cuisine, which is mostly the heritage of ottoman cuisine is one of the most appetizing cuisines of the world. This cuisine has a long deep rooted past giving a delectable melange in gastronomic delights. While you can find many lip-smacking spreads and dips to pair with pita bread or meat kebab, haydari is a simple turkish yogurt dip. This yogurt dip can be experimented with different herbs & spices. I added some fresh baby-spinach which goes well with a burger or wrap. It’s creamy, silky and full of flavors. It gets healthier with addition of spinach. If you don’t prefer mayonnaise in your burger like me, then this turkish yogurt dip is the best to opt for.
