I remember reading about the important role food plays when it comes to our emotions. I firmly believe that certain foods act as stimulants while others help us deal with negative moments. For me, one of the most powerful foods is pineapple; it helps calm my nervous system, reduces my anxiety and relieves my frustrations. I could say that pineapple is a natural relaxant and might even promote optimism. To avoid the frustrations that life sometimes brings, i try to eat more pineapple.
