No need to go out to enjoy this cheesy hashbrown casserole. it assembles in minutes, uses few ingredients, and tastes just like the restaurant version on my list of comfort foods, hashbrown casserole is right at the top of my favorites. cheesy and rich, this decadent dish can be more than just a breakfast hashbrown casserole. its a delicious side to any meal i prefer to make my hashbrown casserole without sour cream, but, honestly, both versions are fantastic. ive seen a couple of recipes for hashbrown casserole with cream cheese, but i dont think this recipe needs any help.
