Ingredients for Harvest Chicken Casserole Recipe

  • 12 ounce egg noodles
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/2 white onion diced
  • 3 garlic minced cloves
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 pound cooked diced chicken
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2-3 teaspoon olive oil

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

  • STEP 2.Cook the egg noodles according to the package directions. Drain and pour pasta into the prepared pan.

  • STEP 3.Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat.

  • STEP 4.Add in onion and saute 5 to 7 minutes, until softened. Stir in garlic and flour and cook for 1 minute.

  • STEP 5.Slowly pour in chicken broth and milk, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
