Ingredients for Hariyali Egg curry Recipe

  • 1 g Egg
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 pieces Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 pieces Green chillies
  • 1/4 pieces Onion
  • 1/4 pieces Tomato chopped
  • 0.13 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • as required Oil
  • as required water

Directions: Hariyali Egg Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan and add eggs and water into it. Boil the eggs in medium flame for 15 minutes, then put the eggs in cold water and then peel off the shells of the eggs.
  • STEP 2.Wash the coriander leaves and put it into blender. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies into the jar. Then make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Add oil in the pan, once the oil is hot, add the Eggs and fry them and keep aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same oil add add chopped onion and cook them in medium flame, then add salt, turmeric powder and give a nice stir. Add tomato in the pan and mix it nicely. Cook until the tomatoes get tender.
  • STEP 5.Add the coriander paste into the pan and cook it in medium low flame for another 4-5 minutes
  • STEP 6.Add water into the pan and give a nice stir. Add garam masala powder and mix
  • STEP 7.Add the eggs into the gravy. Close the lid of the pan and cook it in low flame for 2 minutes. Serve.
