Ingredients for Harissa hummus Recipe

  • 1 Cup Hummus
  • 1 Pieces Red capsicum/bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 Pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 Pieces Kashmiri red chilli
  • 2 Tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 3 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 Cup Tomato puree
  • 1 Tsp Shah jeera
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp Salt

Directions: Harissa Hummus Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak whole kashmiri red chili, lasan and red chili powder in vinegar for 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Roast the bell pepper with a pc of garlic, wash and de-skin.
  • STEP 3.Take 1 part hummus, bell pepper and the soaked ingredients along with the other ingredients and grind.
  • STEP 4.Add the tomato puree slowly until you make a fine paste.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with olive oil and chili flakes.
