  • 1/25 cup fresh cilantro chopped + more for garnish
  • pinch good salt + pepper
  • 0.67 ounce gruyere cheese shredded
  • 0.33 ounce gouda cheese shredded
  • 0.83 ounce thinly sliced prosciutto
  • 0.33 tablespoon pistachos chopped
