STEP 1.Firstly wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder for 10 minutes. In a mixer grinder , add the coriander abd mint leaves to make a smooth paste. Now spread the paste on the fish properly . Sprinkle turmeric powder ,chilli powder from top. Switch on the flame. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the both side of the fish equally. Serve hot .
