  • STEP 1.HARI PYAZ ALU KI SABJI
  • STEP 2.HEAT OIL IN A KADHAI
  • STEP 3.ADD GARLIC CRUSHED AND GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  • STEP 4.ADD ONION BULBS CHOPPED
  • STEP 5.WHEN ONIONS ARE TRANSLUCENT ADD TOMATOES CHOPPED
  • STEP 6.ADD LITTLE SALT
  • STEP 7.ADD ALL DRY SPICES WHEN TOMATOES ARE COOKED AND MUSHY
  • STEP 8.ADD LITTLE WATER AND COOK THE MASALAS PROPERLY
  • STEP 9.ADD DICED POTATOES
  • STEP 10.CLOSE THE LID AND LET THE POTATOES COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES
  • STEP 11.OPEN THE LID AND CHECK IF THE POTATOES ARE COOKED
  • STEP 12.ADD SPRING ONION GREENS WHEN THE POTATOES ARE COOKED
  • STEP 13.STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  • STEP 14.GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
  • STEP 15.SERVE HOT WITH PHULKAS AND DAL RICE TO MAKE A COMPLETE SATISFACTORY MEAL
