  • As required salt to taste
  • 1/20 tsp each methi dana and pisi rai
  • 1/20 tsp saunf
  • 1/5 nos tbs sugar
  • 0.40 nos tbs oil

Directions: Hari Mirch Fry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast dry masala and grind it.
  • STEP 2.Add salt and sugar mix well.
  • STEP 3.Wash and dry green chillies.
  • STEP 4.Slit and fill dry masala in it
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan
  • STEP 6.Stir fry d mirchis.
  • STEP 7.Now when it becomes cool store it.
