Ingredients for Hari Dhaniya ki chatney Recipe

  • 1/2 bunches Green Coriander (Hara Dhaniya) -
  • 1/2 bunches Fenugreek Leave (Methi) -
  • 1.75 nos Green Chillies (Hari Mirch) - to
  • 1/4 spoon Roasted Sesame Seeds (Bhunivi Til) - Table
  • 1/4 spoon Roasted Peanut Powder (Bhunivi Mung Phalli Ka Power) - Table
  • 1/4 spoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - Tea
  • As required Coriander Seeds (Sabit Dhaniya) - I Tea Spoon
  • 3/4 spoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi Powder) - / Tea
  • 2.50 grams Tamarind (Emali) -
  • 2.50 grams Jaggery (Gud) -
  • As required Oil as per requirement
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required Ingredients for temparing
  • 6.25 nos Curry Leave (Curry Patta) - to
  • 2.75 nos Red Dry Chillies (Sukhi Lal Mirch) - to
  • 1/4 spoon Mustard Cumin Seed (Jeera Rai) - Tea
  • 1/4 spoon Black(Urad Dal) - Tea
  • 1/4 spoon Bengal(Chana Dal) - Tea
  • 0.13 spoon Asafetida (Hing) - Tea

Directions: Hari Dhaniya Ki Chatney Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a Kadai or Non Stick Pan as per requirement
  • STEP 2.Once the oil is hot add cumin & coriander seeds, green coriander, Fenugreek leaves and green chillies
  • STEP 3.Mix all ingredients and cook till water from the greens get evaporated. Keep aside and get it cool
  • STEP 4.In a mixer jar add the fried ingredients along with roasted sesame seeds, peanut powder, jaggery, tamarind, turmeric powder and salt to taste. Make a fine paste by adding water as per requirement
  • STEP 5.Take out the paste in bowl and keep it aside
  • STEP 6.For tempering heat oil in a Kadai or Non Stick Pan as per requirement.
  • STEP 7.Once oil is hot add cumin mustard seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves, black &, bengal and asafetida. Cook till black and bengal gram turn golden brown
  • STEP 8.Add the tempering over the paste. Mix well
  • STEP 9.Now the dish is ready to be served
